Moving in

Day 1527 - i got a call from the painter that he is done, so this afternoon, after work we drove to the old house, loaded the car with the few things we left there and officially moved to the new house. We wired non stop until after 9 pm just to clean a little bit so we can touch things and tomorrow the cleaning ladies will come to do most if the work. But what we did was enough to live here tonight. We ate a very simple dinner on plastic plates without even salt or pepper but it feels so good already. I know that after the boxes will be gone it will be even better. I am so tired after a very long day but also so very happy to be here. I am so thankful to do this work knowing it is for real this time and every little improvement is something worth doing. I am so thankful to have come to this day.
